Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of transforaminal endoscopic BEIS technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 60 patients with LDH admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Xinwen Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laminectomy for decompression and nucleus pulposus removal,while the study group was treated with transforaminal endoscopic BEIS technique.The surgical conditions,pain degree,lumbar range of motion,degree of intervertebral disc degeneration,the degree of degeneration of the nucleus pulposus and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).24 hours,1 week and 1 month after surgery,the scores of the Pain Visual Analogue Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the lumbar range of motion in all directions of the study group were greater than those of the control group,the intervertebral disc height index and signal intensity ratio were lower than those in the control group,and the intervertebral disc Pfirrmann grade was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The transforaminal endoscopic BEIS technique can reduce the operation time,postoperative hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss of patients with LDH,alleviate pain,improve the range of motion of the lumbar vertebrae,delay intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus degeneration,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
