Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of applying high-quality emergency nursing during the admission and emergency treatment of patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 150 patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock admitted to the First People's Hospital of Yancheng City from January to December 2023.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to different emergency nursing methods,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional emergency care,while the study group was given high-quality emergency nursing.The success rate of rescue,rescue timeliness indicators,clinical indicators,occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The rescue success rate of the study group was 94.67%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The triage time,average rescue time and total transfer time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of coagulation function,body temperature and lactic acid clearance in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.67%,which was lower than 12.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality emergency nursing has an ideal application effect in the rescue of patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.It can increase the success rate of rescue,optimize the emergency rescue process,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the pationts satisfaction of nursing,and has application value.关键词
