Design and Application of a High-Performance Adhesive Bonding Surface Roughening Experimental Platform
摘要
Abstract
To meet the surface treatment requirements of large-sized adhesive-bonded components in the aerospace industry,an experimental platform for surface roughening was constructed,integrating industrial robots,active compliance force control systems,and multi-modal grinding units.A software system with trajectory planning,dynamic parameter regulation,and hardware coordination control was developed.Multi-level experimental teaching content was designed.Through experiments on aluminum-aluminum alloy specimens,the optimal surface roughness and texture direction were determined.The optimal process parameter combination was obtained through response surface method optimization,which verified the effectiveness of the experimental platform.This platform can not only be used for undergraduate experimental teaching in electromechanical-related majors,but also serve as a research and development platform for postgraduate students in related fields to optimize the roughening processing parameters of bonded components.关键词
