摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined treatment of Imrecoxib and Sodium Hyaluronate in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 100 patients with KOA admitted to the People's Hospital of Sishui from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate, while the study group was treated with Imrecoxib on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors, degree of pain, occurrence of adverse reactions and knee joint function of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-1β in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of each dimension in the knee scoring of the Hospital for Special Surgery in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,compared with 8.00%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of KOA patients with Imrecoxib combined with Sodium Hyaluronate has a significant effect. It can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors, alleviate the degree of pain, optimize the function of the knee joint, and is safe and reliable.关键词
