Exploration on molecular biology teaching reform oriented toward the cultivation of innovative medical talents under the background of New Medicine

Abstract
With the advancement of the"New Medical Sciences"initiative,the medical education system places higher demands on the cultivation of innovative professionals.Molecular biology is a core foundational course in medical education,and the improvement of its teaching quality plays a crucial supporting role in the cultivation of innovative medical talents.The authors discussed the necessity of teaching reform in the course of molecular biology within the context of New Medical Sciences and explored the teaching reform pathway to the development of innovation-driven medical professionals.This study aims to enhance course quality and foster students'innova-tion capacity,providing reference for the optimization of talent cultivation models in medical education.关键词
