临床专业医用化学课程多维重构的创新性教学设计
Innovative teaching design for the multidimensional reconstruction of medical chemistry course for the undergraduates of clin-ical medicine

Abstract
Under the background of building a leading country in education,the cultivation objectives for the undergraduates of clini-cal medicine have become diversified:the development of comprehensive qualities,innovative capabilities,practical skills,and social responsibility in the medical students,instead of imparting professional knowledge alone.Medical chemistry is a foundational course for the specialty of clinical medicine,and there is urgent need to reconstruct the course system in the aspects of teaching objectives,imple-mentation pathway,practical training,and assessment mechanism.This study constructs a"four-dimensional collaboration"reform framework for the teaching of arsenic oxide(As2O3),a first-line therapeutic agent for clinical acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL),and the framework includes:restructuring content system with clinical cases;adopting innovative teaching methods and creating a prob-lem-oriented blended teaching model integrating virtuality and reality;designing virtual three-tier progressive experimental teaching mode to improve practical ability;conducting reform in assessment mechanism to build a competency-oriented diversified evaluation system.To resolve problems identified in traditional teaching,the authors implemented multidimensional collaborative innovation and explored a course reform path that combines knowledge construction with professional literacy,so as to fulfil the cultivation objectives of higher education for clinical medicine undergraduates in the context of building a leading country in education.关键词
