药理学线上+线下混合式实验教学改革探讨
Exploration on"online+offline"blended teaching in the experimental teaching of pharmacology

Abstract
The traditional experimental teaching of pharmacology has the drawbacks of inadequate molecular biology experiments and a gap between theory and practice.In the context of competency-based medical education,the authors conducted teaching reform in the functional experimental science course of"organophosphate poisoning and rescue"and explored"online+offline"blended teach-ing model.With the virtual teaching platforms,students can acquaint themselves with the key points of the experiments beforehand,thereby forging a stronger connection between theoretical knowledge and practical operations.The authors integrated scientific research into teaching,refined the approach to detecting cholinesterase activity,streamlined the experimental procedures,and boosted the suc-cess rate of teaching experiments.Based on clinical cases,the authors broadened the scope of knowledge for the students and integrated the elements of ideological and political education to foster students' comprehensive competencies.A multifaceted assessment system was devised to appraise students' abilities from different angles.The overarching goals are to augment students' comprehension and application capabilities of knowledge,fortify the nexus between teaching experiments and clinical applications,enhance the comprehen-siveness of the course,solidify long-term teaching outcomes,propel the profound transformation of medical education towards a student-centered and competency-oriented paradigm,and provide support for nurturing high-caliber medical professionals.关键词
