"Early clinical exposure"-oriented reform and practice in the experimental teaching system of diagnostics

Abstract
Diagnostics,the corner stone of clinical disciplines,shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating clinical thinking and clinical skills in the students.With the experimental course of diagnostics as an entry point,this article explores"early clinical ex-posure"-oriented teaching reform and practice in the experimental course of diagnostics.The teaching team summarized previous expe-rience,integrated modern educational technology,and gradually established a teaching system of"dual-pronged approach & three-di-mensional integration",with practical operation as the core and clinical case discussion as the pivot.They also integrated Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)into diagnostic training assessments.This experimental teaching system can increase students'enthusiasm,cultivate their innovation,and enhance their practical ability,providing reference for the construction of clinical medical experimental teaching system under the background of New Medicine.关键词
