Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of group life continuity intervention combined with high and low frequency conversion auditory-motor training on patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods:A total of 90 ICH patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,while the study group received group life continuity intervention combined with high and low frequency conversion auditory-motor training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.Self-efficacy,sleep quality,activities of daily living,neurological function,psychological state and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of the General Self-Efficacy Scale and Activities of Daily Living Scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the study group were higher than the control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 15.56%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group life continuity intervention combined with high and low frequency conversion auditory-motor training for ICH patients can improve their self-efficacy,neurological function,psychological state and sleep quality,enhance their activities of daily living,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
