Theoretical Origins,Cultural Connotations and Practical Guidance:A Three-dimensional Interpretation of Collaborative Education Between Ideological and Political Course Teachers and Counselors in Universities

Abstract
The collaborative education of ideological and political course teachers and counselors in universities has a complex connotation.The organic unity theory of division of labor and cooperation in Marxism and the theory of historical synergy provide profound theoretical sources for collaborative education;the concept of unity and coopera-tion and the idea of"harmony between man and nature"in excellent traditional Chinese culture endow collaborative education with profound cultural heritage;the organic unity of ideological collaboration,policy collaboration,and practical collaboration clarifies the specific practical guidelines for collaborative education.Through these three as-pects of empowerment,a collaborative education system with Chinese characteristics has been established for ideo-logical and political course teachers and counselors in universities,providing theoretical support and practical refe-rence for promoting the development of collaborative education.关键词
