教育家精神融入大学文化育人建设的路径与实践
The Path and Practice of Integrating the Spirit of Educators into the Construction of University Cultural Education:Taking Suzhou University as an Example

Abstract
During his decades of learning and teaching,Meng Erdong unified his ideals and beliefs,moral character,educational wisdom,diligent attitude,compassionate heart,and pursuit of spreading the Tao.He adhered to the va-lues of a Communist Party member and a teacher of the people in ordinary times,and interpreted the true meaning of life through his own actions.The article starts from promoting the spirit of educators,sorting out the correlation be-tween the spirit of educators and university cultural education,exploring the ways to integrate the spirit of educators into the construction of university cultural education,and exploring the practical path of integrating the spirit of edu-cators into cultural education.Taking Suzhou University as an example,the excellent qualities of Meng Erdong are integrated into the material and cultural construction of the university to improve the environmental atmosphere,the spiritual and cultural construction of the university to create a cultural atmosphere,the institutional and cultural con-struction of the university to improve the education mechanism,and the behavioral and cultural construction of the university to broaden the practical platform.关键词
