乡村人口纵向流动内涵、现状与影响因素研究
Research on the Connotation,Current Status,and Influencing Factors of the Vertical Mobility of Rural Population
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of rural revitalization and new rural construction,the level of vertical population mobility has become an important manifestation of high-quality rural economic development.Vertical population mobility in rural areas not only affects the stability of rural society,but also has significant implications for promoting urban-rural integration,narrowing the urban-rural divide,modernizing rural governance,facilitating the interaction of urban and rural resources,as well as fostering agricultural industry innovation and enhancing the social status of rural populations.Therefore,actively promoting vertical population mobility in rural areas is an important means towards achieving common prosperity in both urban and rural areas.Unlike the process of vertical population mobility in urban areas,vertical population mobility in rural areas is still in the enhancement phase of population vertical mobility.From a practical perspective,vertical population mobility in rural areas is influenced by various factors such as rural development concepts,social policies,rural economic growth,the development status of social undertakings,and the characteristics of demographic transition.Therefore,the government should continue to en-hance the quality of infrastructure supply,and at the same time,assist rural residents in improving their innovative development capabilities through a series of measures,actively cultivate local entrepreneurs and business leaders in rural areas,promote the modernization of rural governance with more fair and equitable institutional rules,and acce-lerate the construction of a trust-based rural society.关键词
