Abstract
The Pd/SiC catalyst with Pd loading of 1%(w)was prepared by the liquid phase reduction method with the high specific surface area SiC as the support,the catalyst was characterized by the methods of XRD,FTIR,TEM,GC-MS,XPS,and ICP,and the performance and reaction mechanism of Pd/SiC catalyzing the selective hydrogenation of diphenylacetylene(DPA)were investigated.The experimental results show that the Pd/SiC catalyst can efficiently catalyze the stereoselective hydrogenation of DPA to obtain cis-diphenylene.During the reaction,H2 is adsorbed and dissociated on the surface of Pd particles,and DPA is adsorbed and activated on the surface of SiC.Then the active hydrogen on the Pd surface spills over onto the surface of SiC and reacts with DPA absorbed on SiC.In mild conditions(40℃,0.1 MPa H2),the selectivity of semi-hydrogenation can reach 98%under the conversion of 95%,with the cis-diphenylene selectivity of 98%.关键词
