摘要

Abstract

A Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)slag wax filtering technology was developed with waste molecular sieves as the adsorption auxiliary.Different kinds of waste molecular sieves were characterized by XRD,ICP,N2 adsorption-desorption methods.The performance of waste molecular sieve filtering F-T slag wax was also evaluated.Process conditions and types of waste molecular sieves were selected through laboratory research and industrial trials.According to the experiment result,with large specific surface area and pore structure,the ZSM-5 waste methanol to propene(MTP)molecular sieve can replace carclazyte in terms of its particle size distribution and element composition,which makes it the ideal alternative adsorption auxiliary for carclazyte in filtering the F-T slag wax.During the industrial trial,the iron content of the qualified wax is less than 5 mg/L,with the pressure of the filter less than 0.4 MPa,and the ash content less than 0.5%(w),which verifies the excellent performance of the waste MTP molecular sieve.
