摘要

Abstract

The operation and control system is the core component ensuring the safe operation of ultra-high-speed and low-vacuum tube maglev system(T-Flight).Although redundancy mechanisms are typically incorporated,attention should be paid to the resultant dual-master system issues.Based on the case of dual-master system downtime which occurred in the operation and control system during the integrated commissioning of the Shanxi full-scale test line,this paper conducts systematic analysis of the redundancy mechanism principles and fault scenarios,and adopts Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)to identify the root causes.It also utilizes X-ray inspection and red dye penetration tests to verify the fault locations.Finally,this paper provides recommendations on equipment environmental adaptability optimization,redundant switching strategy,process improvement and transportation protection measures.The research findings provide technical insights for similar issues in engineering design.
