高校图书馆元宇宙服务的用户需求与质量优化研究
User Need and Quality Optimization of Metaverse Services in University Libraries
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to precisely analyze the user needs and priorities for metaverse services in university libraries,optimize service function and resource allocation,and promote a smooth transition and sustainable development of these services.First,through grounded theory,the mixed data is coded to extract and refine 32 user needs.These needs are then categorized via a Kano questionnaire.It is found that the user needs of the metaverse services in university libraries are unevenly distributed in the four quadrants,and the attractive needs account for a relatively high proportion.A quality house is established to determine the importance of various quality functions based on quality function deployment method.The quality function importance order for metaverse services in university libraries is as follows:service management,software,hardware,resource,and institutional foundation.Based on these findings,we provide recommendations for resource allocation and optimization in university library metaverse services.关键词
