Abstract

In view of the strong mine pressure behavior in some mines in Shendong mining area,as well as the existing problems such as large deformation of surrounding rock,high frequency of auxiliary transportation,high labor input,high comprehensive cost and others in retaining roadway along goaf of thick and relatively thick coal seams,taking the 22523 large mining height working face of Halagou Coal Mine as an example,through theoretical analysis of roadway pressure relief in the stoping sides of retaining roadways,a reasonable pressure relief height is determined.Measures such as optimizing the roof surrounding rock control of retaining roadways,film hanging process,flexible mold positioning process,using a mine pressure automatic online monitoring system and others are adopted,and the construction technique scheme for retaining roadway along goaf with 6.3 m large mining height is determined through repeated experiments.The research shows that conducting roadway pressure relief on the stoping side of the retaining roadway can significantly reduce the load of the roof on the roadway walls and sides,making the upper basic roof and the collapsed direct roof to jointly form a cushion layer of gangue filling the goaf,accelerating the gangue contacting stability of overlying rock,and reducing the pressure manifestation of surrounding rock inner the roadway.The research results provide reference for the existing problems of retaining roadway along goaf in large mining height working faces.
