Research on Intelligent Measurement System for Carrying Capacity of Technical Stations in Heavy-Haul Railways
摘要
Abstract
Firstly,the current situation and field technologies of the carrying capacity measurement of technical stations in heavy-haul railways are analyzed and summarized,and the differences with existing technologies of the carrying capacity measurement of the marshalling yards of national railways are elaborated.Secondly,a design model is provided for the system hardware architecture and software architecture.The hardware architecture focuses on the reliability,availability,security,scalability and resource conservation of the whole system,mainly using technologies such as clustering,virtualization and redundant topology.The software architecture focuses on the security,maintainability,scalability and traceability of the whole system,using micro-services technology with frontend-backend separation,and decoupling the application services from the general framework at the application layer.Subsequently,on the basis of the characteristics of technical stations in heavy-haul railways,a reference design for system functions is provided,and key technologies are analyzed and modeled.On this basis,the main process design is proposed.At present,the research results have been applied to multiple technical stations in heavy-haul railways,greatly improving the efficiency of carrying capacity determination,timely and accurately reflecting true transportation capacity,and providing auxiliary decision-making support for the improvement of the transportation capacity of the technical stations.关键词
