膜蒸馏过程中膜润湿的机制及控制方法
Mechanism and control method of membrane wetting during membrane distillation
摘要
Abstract
Membrane wetting problem during membrane distillation is key for its stable running.The mechanism and control methods of membrane wetting in membrane distillation process are reviewed.According to the degree of membrane wetting,it can be divided into four stages:non wetting,surface wetting,partial wetting of membrane pores,and complete wetting of membrane pores.The factors influencing membrane wetting include membrane properties,feed composition,and operating conditions.The effects and control strategies of operating conditions such as water temperature and flow rate on membrane wetting are explored.Regular cleaning is of great signifi-cance in delaying membrane wetting,but excessive and frequent cleaning may also cause damage to the mem-brane material.To clean the wetting membrane,chemical cleaning can be carried out using acid/alkali/ethanol,or physical cleaning such as air back blowing,aeration,and ultrasound can be used.In practical applications,vari-ous methods can be flexibly combined based on the characteristics of membrane materials and devices to achieve high membrane flux and long-term stable operation.关键词
