艾灸联合中药治疗肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicines in treating allergic rhinitis due to lung-spleen Qi deficiency

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction plus Yu Ping Feng powder in treating allergic rhinitis(AR)due to lung-spleen Qi deficiency.Method A total of 136 patients with AR due to lung-spleen Qi deficiency were randomized into a control group and a research group,with 68 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.In addition,the control group received Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction plus Yu Ping Feng powder,while the research group was offered moxibustion combined with Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction and Yu Ping Feng powder.Before and after the treatment,changes in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,total nasal symptoms score(TNSS),total non-nasal symptoms score(TNNSS),and nasal endoscopic score in the two groups were compared.The serum levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interleukin-10(IL-10)were compared.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,the component and global TCM symptom scores dropped in each group(P＜0.05)and were lower in the research group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The TNSS,TNNSS,and nasal endoscopic score declined after the intervention in both groups(P＜0.05)and were lower in the research group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 increased(P＜0.05),and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 decreased(P＜0.05)in both groups;the research group had higher serum IFN-γ and IL-2 levels(P＜0.05)and lower IL-4 and IL-10 levels(P＜0.05)compared to the control group.There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P＜0.05);the research group had a higher total effective rate than the control group(96.9%versus 84.1%)(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 12.5%in the research group and 9.5%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Incorporating moxibustion and Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction plus Yu Ping Feng powder into conventional Western medicine treatment can produce satisfactory efficacy in treating AR due to lung-spleen Qi deficiency.This method can alleviate symptoms,regulate Th1/Th2 immune imbalance,and reduce inflammatory reactions without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
