高级氧化-UASB-A/O工艺处理甾体激素化学合成制药废水的研究
Research on advanced oxidation UASB-A/O process for treating pharmaceutical wastewater from chemical synthesis of steroid hormones
摘要
Abstract
Steroid drugs are the second largest class of drugs in the world in terms of sales,second only to an-tibiotics.However,pharmaceutical wastewater containing steroid hormones has strong microbial toxicity,high COD,complex components,and poor biodegradability,making it organic wastewater high in concentration and difficult to degrade.The combined process of Fe/C microelectrolysis Fenton oxidation coagulation UASB-A/O contact oxidation was used to study the treatment effect of this combined process on high COD(36 900 mg·L-1)and high nitrogen(297.4 mg·L-1)steroid hormone synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater from a pharmaceutical company in Yunnan.We examined the removal efficiency of COD,NH4+-N,TN,and chromaticity,and analyzed the organic matter composition and degradation and transformation process in wastewater through GC-MS.The results show that the combined process has good performance in treating pharmaceutical wastewater containing steroid hormone synthesis.The effluent COD of the combined process is 310 mg·L-1,the mass concentration of NH4+-N is 6.1 mg·L-1,and the mass concentration of TN is 15.3 mg·L-1.The removal rates of COD,NH4+-N,and TN are 99.1%,97.6%,94.8%,and the chromaticity removal rate is 81.5%,respectively.It meets the local indus-trial park sewage treatment plant takeover standards and provides theoretical and statistical basis for practical engineering and debugging.关键词
