不同穴位针刺治疗无先兆偏头痛的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of acupuncture at different acupoints in treating migraine without aura

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at different acupoints in treating migraine without aura and the effects on the serum levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and 5-hydroxytrptamine(5-HT)in the patients.Method Sixty patients with migraine without aura were randomized into an observation group or a control group,each consisting of 30 cases.The control group received ordinary acupuncture treatment,and the observation group received"Tou Qi Zhen"treatment.The two groups were observed before and after the treatment and at the follow-up for changes in the visual analog scale(VAS)score,headache symptoms score,and migraine-specific quality of life(MSQOL)score.The serum levels of CGRP and 5-HT were measured before and after the treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The VAS score was lower after the treatment and at the follow-up compared to that before the treatment in each group(P＜0.05);the control group had a lower VAS score at the follow-up compared to that after the intervention(P＜0.05);the observation group had a lower VAS score compared to the control group after the treatment and at the follow-up(P＜0.05).The headache symptoms score dropped after the treatment and at the follow-up compared to that before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The control group had a higher MSQOL score at the follow-up compared to its pre-treatment score(P＜0.05);the observation group had a higher MSQOL score after the treatment and at the follow-up compared to its pre-treatment score,and the score was higher at the follow-up compared to that after the treatment,showing statistical significance(P＜0.05);the observation group was higher than the control group when comparing the MSQOL score after the treatment and at the follow-up(P＜0.05).After the intervention,both groups had a decrease in the serum level of CGRP(P＜0.05)and an increase in the serum level of 5-HT(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed superiority compared to the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate was 86.7%in the observation group,higher than 63.3%in the control group(P＜0.05).At the follow-up,the total effective rate was 83.3%in the observation group,higher than 53.3%in the control group(P＜0.05).Neither group showed adverse reactions.Conclusion"Tou Qi Zhen"and ordinary acupuncture are effective approaches for migraine without aura.Compared to ordinary acupuncture,"Tou Qi Zhen"has advantages in releasing pain and enhancing the quality of life,and the effects are plausibly related to the regulation of serum CGRP and 5-HT levels.关键词
