电针联合益髓灸治疗卒中后轻度认知障碍的临床研究
Clinical study of electroacupuncture plus marrow-supplementing moxibustion for mild cognitive impairment after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus marrowsupplementing moxi-bustion for mild post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Method Sixty-three PSCI patients were randomized to a treatment group(32 cases)and a control group(31 cases).The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus marrow-supplementing moxibustion and the combination group,electro acupuncture,alone.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score and the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect and safety compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the MMSE and MoCA scores increased in the two groups(P＜0.05)and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total efficacy rate was 96.7%in the treatment group,which was higher than 76.7%in the control group(P＜0.05).Adverse reaction grading had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Both electroacupuncture plus marrow-supplementing moxibustion and electroacupuncture alone can improve cognitive function in PSCI patients.Electroacupuncture plus marrow-supplementing moxibustion is more effective in improving cognitive function in PSCI patients.关键词
