子午流注针刺联合中药治疗儿童痰湿内阻型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效观察
Therapeutic efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with Chinese medicines in the treatment of children with phlegm-dampness obstructing pattern obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with modified Erchen Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of children with phlegm-dampness obstructing pattern obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAS).Method A total of 120 OSAS patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Erchen Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction,while the observation group was treated with Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with modified Erchen Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pattern scores,polysomnography parameters[microarousal index(MAI),apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),and oxygen desaturation index(ODI)],Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire(PSQ),and the 18-item Obstructive Sleep Apnea Disease-Specific Quality of Life Survey(OSA-18)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.The serum levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]were also compared before and after treatment in both groups,and the clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.7%,higher than 66.7%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM pattern scores,MAI,AHI,and ODI in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group had lower values than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,ESS,PSQ,and OSA-18 scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-1β in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture combined with modified Erchen Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction can effectively suppress inflammatory responses,improve clinical symptoms,enhance quality of life,and improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of OSAS.关键词
