Intelligent Prediction of Lung Cancer Immunotherapy Efficacy:Current State,Challenges,and Future Directions
摘要
Abstract
[Purposes]Immunotherapy,especially immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),as a promising and sustained antitumor therapy,has brought new hope to lung cancer patients.However,its high cost,significant toxic side effects,and individualized differences in efficacy have become ma-jor challenges in clinical practice.Therefore,accurate prediction of immunotherapy efficacy in indi-vidual patient has become a hot topic in current research.With the successful application of artificial in-telligence(AI)technology in the medical field,more and more studies have shown that immuno-therapy efficacy can be predicted more effectively with the help of AI technology.[Results]In this pa-per,current research advances and practical applications in immunotherapy efficacy are reviewed,with a focus covering indirect prediction methods based on molecular markers and driver gene altera-tions,as well as direct prediction models based on clinical outcomes and follow-up imaging data are reviewed.Meanwhile,the challenges and future research directions of AI in the field of immuno-therapy are discussed,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for efficacy prediction research.关键词
