振针助力针法治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎的疗效观察及对血清炎性因子的影响
Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of assisted vibrational acupuncture on cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome and its impact on serum inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vibration-assisted acupuncture for cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome(MPS)and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Method Eighty patients with cervical and shoulder MPS were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group received vibration-assisted acupuncture,while the control group received conventional acupuncture.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pattern scores,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,cervical range of motion(CROM)scores,infrared thermography temperature differentials of the painful area,and serum levels of inflammatory markers(TNF-α and IL-6)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,TCM pattern scores significantly decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),with the treatment group scoring significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in both groups decreased significantly(P＜0.05),with the treatment group showing lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).The CROM scores increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and was significantly higher in the treatment group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the infrared thermal value differences in the painful areas of the neck and shoulders decreased significantly in both groups(P＜0.05),with a greater reduction observed in the treatment group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 also decreased significantly in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%,significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Vibration-assisted acupuncture effectively alleviates pain and improves clinical symptoms,cervical mobility,infrared thermographic indicators,and serum inflammatory markers in patients with cervical and shoulder MPS.关键词
