摘要

Abstract

The application of heavy-duty AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)in large-scale production workshops has high require-ments for fault control.The timely and accurate discovery of faults is related to production efficiency and safety.This paper proposes a joint diagnosis method for heavy-duty AGV faults by combining expert experience,dynamic variable analysis and fault tree analysis algo-rithm.Combined with system results and operation logic,the identification and category judgment of fault factors are realized.Through op-eration data,high-precision automatic fault judgment and intelligent analysis are carried out,and finally the fault is handled by classifica-tion.The method in this paper has been applied in the digital workshop of conductors for Delan UHV engineering,with good results.
