摘要

Abstract

In view of the existing problems of severe surrounding rock deformation,poor roof stability,high support density,slow excavation speed and so on during the process of excavation along roof of the 1308 transportation roadway in Xiahuo Coal Mine,geological mechanics testing and FLAC3D numerical simulation technology are adopted to analyze the roadway surrounding rock characteristics and support effect,and a joint support scheme of anchor rods and short anchor cables is proposed.The numerical simulation analysis shows that the maximum roof subsidence amount of the optimized scheme is decreased by 50%compared to the original scheme,and the convergence amount of the two sides is reduced by 42%.The industrial testing results verify the effectiveness of the optimized scheme,the deformation rate of the roadway roof and floor is reduced to within 1.3 mm/d,the single row support time is shortened by 20%,and the monthly excavation speed is improved to over 300 m.
