Abstract
Aiming at the existing difficulty of roof support in the crossing fault section of the 29103 fully mechanized mining face in Hongxing Coal Industry,through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,an optimization scheme based on the combination of"three in one"advanced support and"variable cutting depth"technique is proposed.The length of the advanced support is increased to 23 m,and the initial support force of the single body is improved to 90 kN.The modification of the shearer is conducted,the material of the cutting tooth base is upgraded,and the installation angle of the cutting tooth is adjusted;Implement the collaborative rack transfer process of 3 racks per group;Establish an informatization management platform to achieve real-time monitoring of shearer parameters.The practical results show that the efficiency of the coal cutting working procedure on the working face is improved by 15.3%,the single drum cutting rate of the shearer is improved to 92.8%,the layer separation rate of the roof is decreased by 42%,the daily progress of the working face is improved from 4.41 m to 5.83 m,the monthly average yield is increased by 28 500 t,and the production cost per ton of coal is decreased by 42 yuan.关键词
