摘要

Abstract

Oxygen-containing hydrocarbon tail gases in industrial production often cannot be recycled due to their high oxygen contents.Common deoxidation technologies include chemical adsorption deoxidation,coke combustion deoxidation,catalytic deoxidation and physical pressure swing adsorption deoxidation.Precious metal(Pt,Pd and Ag)and non-precious metal(Cu,Mn,Ni,Mo and Fe)catalysts have been widely studied in the field of oxygen-containing hydrocarbon tail gases deoxidation.Various deoxidation methods for oxygen-containing hydrocarbon tail gases were introduced,and the research progress on both precious and non-precious metal deoxidation catalysts was reviewed,and the challenges and trends in the development of deoxidation catalysts were anticipated.While precious metal deoxidation catalysts are mature for industrial applications,they face challenges such as high catalyst costs,strict feed gas composition requirements and environmental pollution.Due to their efficiency and environmentally friendly characteristics,non-precious metal deoxidation catalysts have gradually become a research hotspot and are expected to be the future direction for the development of deoxidation catalysts.
