"双试点"政策协同对数实深度融合的影响效应研究
Study on the Effect of"Dual Pilot"Policy Coordination on the Deep Integration Between Digital Economy and Real Economy

Abstract
The"Broadband China"strategy and the construction of innovative cities are not only important strategic mea-sures for further advancing Chinese-style modernization in the new era,but also key approaches to achieving the deep integration of digital and real economies.However,existing research is more confined to the assessment of the effects of a single policy,ne-glecting the policy dividends of the coordination between the two.This paper takes the data of 288 prefecture-level and above cit-ies in China from 2011 to 2023 as the research sample.Based on the calculation of the index of deep integration of the digital and real economies,it uses a multi-period DID model to systematically explore the impact effect and mechanism of the"Broadband China"and the"dual pilot"policy coordination of innovative cities on the deep integration of the digital and real economies.The results go as below:(1)The"dual pilot"policy can significantly promote the deep integration of digital and real economies,espe-cially for cities in the eastern region,central cities,resource-based cities and key environmental protection cities,its promoting ef-fect is particularly prominent.(2)The"dual pilot"policy coordination mainly promotes the deep integration and development of the digital and real economies through three core transmission paths:the aggregation of digital elements,the aggregation of innova-tive elements,and the upgrading of industrial structure.关键词
