摘要
Abstract
Under the demand of energy security and the goal of emission peak and carbon neutrality,roof distributed PV power generation has developed rapidly as an important way to build a new type power system.But as the roof distributed PV power station enters the operation stage,its construction quality problems are gradually exposed.This paper first introduces the common installation methods of PV modules and types of PV brackets in roof distributed PV power stations.Then,it points out that there are common problems in the construction of existing roof distributed PV power stations,such as the building reliability assessment work is not standardized,poor quality control of roof waterproofing has led to numerous disputes over roof water leakage during operation,high construction safety risks,insufficient engineering design investment,and unsatisfactory construction quality.The reasons for these problems are analyzed,and specific countermeasures are proposed.Finally,emphasis is placed on the points for attention during construction,key points for installation quality of key equipments,and technical points to ensure construction quality.The research results show that in order to address the problems in the construction of roof distributed PV power stations,the construction level of roof distributed PV power stations can be improved from five aspects:standardizing building reliability assessment work,attaching importance to roof waterproofing issues,strengthen construction safety risk control,increasing engineering design investment,and strictly controlling construction quality.The research results can provide guidance and reference for related practitioners in the roof distributed PV power generation.关键词
