Abstract
A soil heat storage system based on solar thermal conversion technology and soil heat storage technology can achieve cross seasonal clean heating.In soil heat storage systems,the range of the thermal influence zone of soil heat storage is crucial for engineering design.This paper first establishes a mathematical model of a soil heat storage system based on solar thermal utilization.Then,numerical simulation methods are used to simulate and analyze the operation process of soil heat storage systems under typical working conditions,using single U-shaped buried pipe heat exchanger and U-shaped buried pipe groups unit with honeycomb shaped.Quantitative analysis is conducted on the soil heat storage thermal influence zone at different soil depth,and relationship between factors such as pipeline inlet water temperature,season,pipeline arrangement,and the thermal influence zone of soil heat storage,and the range variation trend of the thermal influence zone under different conditions is obtained.The research results show that:1)With the increase of soil depth,the range of the thermal influence zone in the horizontal direction of the soil shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.2)The range of soil heat storage thermal influence zone of single U-shaped buried pipe heat exchanger is affected by the pipeline inlet water temperature.Increasing the pipeline inlet water temperature can significantly expand the range of thermal influence zone in the horizontal direction of deep soil.At a soil depth of 40 m,when the pipeline inlet water temperature increases from 323 K to 333 K,the thermal influence zone in the horizontal direction of the soil expands by 2 m.3)The range of soil heat storage thermal influence zone of single U-shaped buried pipe heat exchanger is also affected by seasonal changes.The range of thermal influence zone of soil heat storage in winter and spring(autumn)seasons is larger than that in summer.Within the range of soil depth of 1~20 m,on average value,it is about 5 m larger in winter than in summer.4)U-shaped buried pipe heat exchanger play a crucial role during the process of soil heat storage.Compared to single U-shaped buried pipe heat exchanger,U-shaped buried pipe groups unit with honeycomb shaped have a larger thermal influence zone,with the maximum thermal influence zone being approximately 7 times the length of their hexagonal side.This arrangement of multiple single U-shaped buried pipe heat exchanger can effectively enhance the heat storage effect of soil and expand the range of the thermal influence zone of soil heat storage.The research results can guide the design and thermal calculation of relevant soil heat storage systems,providing scientific basis for the cross seasonal efficient utilization of solar energy.关键词
