近海深水桩基式大跨度光伏支架模块拼装工艺研究
Study on Assembly Technology of Offshore Deep-Water Pile-Based Large-Span Photovoltaic Bracket Modules

Abstract
Key construction links such as the installation of offshore photovoltaic brackets and components are highly vulnerable to adverse factors like surges and typhoons,which significantly increase construction difficulty and risks,as well as the costs of labor,machinery,materials,etc.To effectively reduce construction risks and costs,taking a pile-fixed offshore photovoltaic project in Shandong Province as an example,through numerical simulation analysis and scientific and reasonable division of processes,this paper proposes a technology of"realizing flow assembly of large-span offshore photovoltaic bracket modules through'five workstations with equal flow intensity opera-tion+orbital sliding electric trolley transfer'",demonstrates the feasibility of this technology,and develops a full-process technology.The results show that:adopting the principle of organizing adjacent processes in proximity to form a production line with equal flow inten-sity and equal flow step,and innovatively developing orbital sliding electric trolleys for process transfer can realize efficient and high-quality assembly of large-span offshore photovoltaic bracket modules.This technology breaks through the construction bottleneck of as-sembling photovoltaic loose parts at sea and provides a replicable and promotable construction mode for similar projects.关键词
