超低塔架风电机组叶片叶尖下探的风险研究
RESEARCH ON RISK OF BLADE TIP CLOSER TO GROUND IN ULTRA-LOW TOWER WIND TURBINES

Abstract
Due to the lack of practical operational experience with ultra-low tower wind turbines,the risks associated with the application of ultra-low tower wind turbines when the lower blade tip is less than 20 m above ground cannot be assessed.To meet the urgent market demand for ultra-low tower wind turbines,enhance their competitiveness in low wind shear coefficient regions,and simultaneously control risks,this paper first introduces the causes of turbulence,the definition of turbulent wind,and the simulation methods for turbulent wind fields.Secondly,a sensitivity analysis of the turbulent wind field is conducted to identify key influencing factors.Then,based on these key influencing factors,the impact of blade tip closer to ground on the annual power generation capacity and key loads of wind turbines is analyzed.Finally,the theoretical analysis results of the correlation between the relative deviation of turbulence intensity and wind shear coefficient are verified through actual measurements.The research results show that:1)turbulent random wind seed values,wind shear coefficients,and hub heights are all key influencing factors of the turbulent wind field.2)After blade tip closer to ground,the annual power generation capacity of wind turbines decreases,the loads on key components increase,and the greater the wind shear coefficient,the greater the impact.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the annual power generation capacity,operational lifespan,and cost reduction brought about by the reduction in tower height after blade tip closer to ground.3)In simulation results,there is a strong linear relationship between the relative deviation of turbulence intensity and the wind shear coefficient,while the actual measurement results exhibit non-linearity.Compared to the simulation results of turbulence intensity relative deviation,the actual measurement results have larger values.Therefore,according to the current wind generation method for simulated wind fields,the spatial differences in turbulence intensity of real wind fields may be underestimated.关键词
