摘要

Abstract

To promote the sustainable development of offshore photovoltaic projects in the era of grid parity and increase the proportion of clean energy,this study takes a large-scale pile-fixed offshore photovoltaic project in Shandong Province as an example,analyzes the composition and proportion of investment costs during its construction period,and explores cost reduction paths by integrating tech-nological development and policy environment.The results show that equipment purchase costs and construction and installation engi-neering costs are the core cost items,which are affected by multiple factors such as technical level,construction conditions,policies,and markets.Construction costs can be reduced through measures such as technological innovation,construction optimization,supply chain management,and intelligent operation and maintenance improvement.The research results can provide strong support for reduc-ing the investment cost of offshore photovoltaics and promoting their large-scale and economical development.
