Abstract
With the rapid development of China's PV industry and the rapid growth of PV power generation installed capacity,how to better promote the quality and efficiency improvement of centralized PV power stations,which account for more than half of the existing installed capacity,and generate greater benefits has become a highly concerned issue.This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems in operation and maintenance of centralized PV power stations,and proposes improvement measures in the operation and maintenance process from four aspects:intensive management mode,intelligent operation and maintenance mode,benefit oriented technological transformation,and professional talent training.It also analyzes the matters that should be paid attention to when implementing operation and maintenance method improvement measures for centralized PV power stations to improve quality and efficiency.The research results show that through professional training for operation and maintenance personnel,their skill level has been significantly improved,and their equipment maintenance and repair capabilities have been significantly enhanced.This has not only reduced the total number of faults in a centralized PV power station in Hebei Province by 81.8%compared to the same period,but also reduced the fault handling time by 28.9%compared to the same period.At the same time,it is also proposed that in the process of operation and maintenance method improvement,special attention should be paid to safety management and cost control,ensuring safe production from the aspects of implementing safety responsibilities,strengthening safety foundations,ensuring on-site safety,and firmly grasping source control.Strict control of technical transformation costs and optimization of spare parts and material management should be implemented to reduce costs.关键词
