海上光伏智能施工装备研发与应用
Research and Application of Intelligent Construction Equipment for Offshore Photovoltaics

Abstract
To address the problems faced by offshore photovoltaic construction,such as complex environments(wind waves/tides/sea ice),high precision requirements for small-spacing pile groups,and low efficiency of traditional equipment,this study focuses on the research and application of intelligent construction equipment for offshore photovoltaics,taking the application of PowerChina Marine E-quipment 001 in the Zhaoyuan HG30 Project,Shandong Province as an example.Aiming at the bottlenecks in offshore photovoltaic pile foundation construction,core technologies such as efficient ship moving and positioning technology and intelligent variable-diameter hoops have been developed,and the construction process has been optimized to realize collaborative operation of dual cranes.The re-sults show that this equipment improves the pile sinking accuracy to the centimeter level(plane deviation≤100 mm,elevation devia-tion≤30 mm),and the construction efficiency is 3-4 times higher than that of traditional equipment.It not only shortens the con-struction period,saves production costs,but also ensures the project is completed on schedule with high quality.PowerChina Marine Equipment 001 can provide key equipment support for large-scale development of offshore photovoltaics,and its technical scheme is replicable.关键词
