基于北斗+AI的海上光伏智能通航研究与应用
Research and Application of Intelligent Navigation for Offshore Photovoltaics Based on Beidou+AI

Abstract
To address the challenges in navigation scheduling and management for offshore construction of large-scale offshore photovolta-ic power plants,such as wide construction areas,multi-zone operations,and heavy investment in construction vessels,this study in-tegrates AI algorithms with Beidou positioning technology(BD).Based on the BD/AIS fusion algorithm,a data processing and analysis model for vessel navigation is established.Combined with the Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA),a method for vessel path plan-ning under conditions of limited offshore waterways and multiple construction workfaces is proposed.An intelligent vessel navigation sys-tem is developed and applied in the Yantai Zhaoyuan Offshore Photovoltaic Project(HG30).The results show that the system effectively improves the positioning accuracy of offshore construction vessels and the efficiency of path planning,achieving minute-level path plan-ning and providing technical support for multi-vessel offshore collaborative operations.关键词
