定西市安定区马铃薯秧营养价值及体外发酵试验研究
Experimental Study on Nutritional Value and in Vitro Fermentation of Potato Seedlings in Anding District of Dingxi City

Abstract
Fifteen samples of potato vines collected from Anding district,Dingxi city,Gansu province were used as experi-mental materials.The nutritional value and fermentation characteristics of potato vines were comprehensively evaluated through the cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS)and in vitro fermentation technology,providing data references for the nutritional value and fermentation characteristics of unconventional feed potato vines.The results showed that:(1)The non-pro-tein nitrogen(PA)content of potato vines in the protein classification method of the CNCPS system was 2.52%,and the con-tent of medium-speed degradable true protein(PB2)was 62.27%;(2)The organic matter(OM)content of potato vines was 60.94%,and the hemicellulose content was 18.46%.The acetic acid/propionic acid(A/P)ratio was less than 2.5,indicating a propionic acid fermentation type;(3)The dry matter degradation rate(IVDMD)of potato vines was 78.16%,and the acid deter-gent fiber degradation rate(IVADFD)was 52.42%.The study suggests that potato vines can be used as unconventional feed for ruminants,but the addition ratio and solanine content should be considered when adding them.关键词
