Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of animal husbandry,the problem of harmless disposal of livestock and poultry has become increasingly prominent.As an important animal husbandry region in Xinjiang,Hutubi county has 48 large-scale farms with considerable stock and slaughter output of cattle,sheep,pigs,and poultry.Consequently,the demand for harmless disposal of dead livestock and poultry has become extremely urgent.At present,although the county has established a centralized harm-less disposal center for dead livestock and poultry,it still faces many challenges.Farmers have weak willingness to participate due to high costs and insufficient awareness,mostly adopting traditional and inefficient disposal methods,posing environmental pollution risks;grassroots supervision is severely understaffed,with high job risks and low sense of identity,leading to weak su-pervision in remote areas and frequent illegal disposal of dead livestock and poultry;some enterprises take chances and fail to dispose of dead livestock and poultry standardizedly;the layout of disposal facilities is unreasonable,with high trans-portation costs and insufficient processing capacity;the level of resource utilization is limited,and the added value of prod-ucts is low.Aiming at the above problems and combining with the county's actual situation,multiple measures are proposed to promote harmless disposal,such as carrying out training and optimizing insurance subsidies;strengthening supervision forces and cracking down on illegal acts;enhan-cing joint supervision by multiple departments and informa-tion construction;optimizing the disposal system,adding temporary storage points and expanding the disposal center;exploring diversified utilization of disposal products and pro-moting industrial integration.Through technological upgra-ding,strengthened supervision,and industrial integration,a collaborative mechanism will be built to help the high-quality development of harmless disposal of livestock and poultry in Hutubi county,ensure public health safety,and promote the green transformation of animal husbandry.关键词
