摘要

Abstract

In this study,varying doses of Lactobacillus were incorporated into the diet to examine their effects on immune function and the anti-inflammatory capabilities of Boer goats lambs.Weaned Boer goats lambs,approximately 4 months old with comparable body weights,were randomly assigned to three groups:control group(normal diet group,CON),test group Ⅰ(group Ⅰ,receiving 3×109 CFU·kg-1·BW of Lactobacillus),and test group Ⅱ(group Ⅱ,receiving 6×109 CFU·kg-1·BW of Lactobacillus),with eight lambs per group.The experimental period lasted for four weeks.Whole blood,spleen,rumen sac,and intestinal tissue were collected for analysis;serum and tissue immune indexes as well as IL-2 and IL-10 expression levels in tissues were assessed using ELISA,HE staining,and immu-nohistochemistry techniques.The results indicated the fol-lowing:(1)Compared to the CON group,both spleen weight and spleen organ index increased in group Ⅰ;serum levels of IgA,IgE,and IgM rose in both groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ;however,these differences did not reach statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)In comparison to the CON group,supplementation with Lactobacillus enhanced intestinal mucosal immunoglob-ulin sIgA levels;additionally,concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α in the small intestine,lymph nodes,spleen,and liver decreased significantly upon addition of Lactobacillus(P<0.05).(3)Compared to the CON group,results showed that adding Lactobacillus elevated IL-2 content within ruminal dorsal sac as well as duodenum and ileum while also increas-ing IL-10 levels specifically in ruminal dorsal sac along with duodenum,thereby bolstering anti-inflammatory capacity of digestive tract.In conclusion,adding Lactobacillus can en-hance the immune function of Boer goat lambs and improve their anti-inflammatory ability in the rumen dorsal sac,duo-denum and ileum.
