Abstract
In order to determine the pathogen of a cattle lymph node abscess in a certain cattle farm in Baiyin,pus samples were collected aseptic to conduct bacterial isolation and identification,morphological identification,biochemical test and 16s RNA sequencing comparison,and the isolated strains were subjected to drug sensitivity test and animal pathogenicity test.The results showed that the strain isolated from the pus of the diseased bovine lymph node was Corynebacterium.The mice were tested for the challenge of viruses with this strain,and all the mice that were challenged within 48 hours died,demonstrating a strong pathogenicity.The mice were inoculated with isolates subcutaneously,and abscess,rupture,and yellow-white pus ap-peared at the inoculation site.The drug sensitivity results show that the isolates are sensitive to drugs such as erythromycin,ka-namycin,and cefazoline,and no resistance to the bacteria has been found.The results of the study can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of coliformis infection cattle.关键词
