Construction and Practice of a One Stop University Scientific Research Management Service Platform under Digital Transformation

Abstract
The paper proposes a construction plan for an integrated platform for scientific research management services based on digital transformation,in response to the current challenges faced by universities in multi-campus collaboration,data sharing,and service efficiency.By building a digital management system that covers the entire lifecycle of scientific research projects,integrating functional modules such as project management,funding processing,and data analysis,it achieves the reengineering of scientific research business processes and the interchange and sharing of data.The research results indicate that the platform can effectively improve the efficiency of scientific research management,shorten the business approval cycle by more than 50%,and significantly improve the scientific research service experience for teachers and students.At the same time,the scientific research data asset library established by the platform provides data support for decision-making in school discipline construction,talent evaluation,and resource allocation,and has important practical value in promoting the modernization transformation of scientific research management in universities.关键词
