摘要
Abstract
In the process of digital transformation of manufacturing industry,enterprises introduce Manufacturing Execution System(MES)to improve the level of workshop production management,but there are many problems when it is used in parallel with the existing Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system.This paper focuses on this,and deeply analyzes the problems of repeated entry of archival information,inconsistent production order information,and asynchronous inspection information,and their serious impact on the accuracy of enterprise data and the smoothness of business processes.In view of the above problems,the integration optimization strategy of MES and ERP system is elaborated in detail,including clarifying the integration goal and scope,selecting standardized interface and other integration technologies,and formulating rigorous data synchronization rules.The actual case analysis shows that the enterprise has achieved remarkable results in human cost control,data accuracy improvement,business collaboration efficiency optimization,and product quality control enhancement after system integration,which provides a valuable reference for manufacturing enterprises to solve multi-system collaboration problems,and helps enterprises to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in digital transformation.关键词
