摘要
Abstract
Stanford type B aortic dissection(TBAD)is a life-threatening condition characterized by both high mortality and morbidity rates.Acute complicated TBAD requires emergency surgical management to guarantee patient life safety;acute uncomplicated TBAD may be considered for intervention after the acute phase resolves.The management of chronic TBAD through endovascular grafting and hybrid procedures has gained broader clinical acceptance,while reasonable treatment of TBAD involving important arterial branches is crucial for long-term prognosis.This article explores the progress in the treatment of thoracic aortic dissection by classifying TBAD,providing a reference for the clinical treatment of TBAD.关键词
