摘要

Abstract

[Objective]It is of great significance to explore the characteristics of soil microbial biomass changes of carbon,nitrogen and phos-phorus and the influence of ecological econometric ratio after applying different carbon-based conditioners.And the changes of soil nutrient supply were identified to provide direction for screening suitable carbon based conditioner.[Method]The high fertility soil in Zhaotong area was taken as the research object.A field block experiment was conducted to evaluate different carbon-based conditioning treatments under the same exogenous application rate.And the effects of three kinds of carbon-based conditioners on carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus of tobacco-planting soil and their microbial biomass were analyzed,and the relationship between their stoichiometric ratios was discussed.[Result]After applying different C/N ratio soil conditioners,tobacco growing soil showed different trends of increasing SOC,TN,TP,MBC,MBN,MBP and C/N,C/P,N/P,MBC/MBN,MBC/MBP,MBN/MBP descending.In terms of soil physical and chemical properties,compared with CK(C/N=0)treatment,T1(C/N=20)and T3(C/N=60)treatments increased SOC content by 1.24%and 2.19%,respectively;The TN content of T1,T2(C/N=40)and T3 treatments increased by 6.27%,6.72%and 9.75%,respectively,while the TP content increased by 25.23%,13.06%and 25.68%,respectively;The C/N content decreased by 49.19%,14.73%and 70.27%,respectively,and the C/P content decreased by 18.99%,19.34%and 18.67%,respectively;Also the N/P content decreased by 14.78%,5.32%and 12.62%,re-spectively.In soil microbial biomass,compared with CK treatment,the MBC content in T1 and T3 treatment was increased by 30.49%and 30.48%,respectively;The MBN content of T1 and T2 treatment was increased by 22.81%and 6.74%,respectively;But the MBP content of T2 and T3 treatment was increased by 50.86%and 391.88%,respectively;The MBC/MBN content of T2 treatments decreased by 51.37%;The MBP content in T2 and T3 treatments decreased by 65.41%and 51.67%,respectively,and the MBN/MBP content of T2 and T3 treat-ments decreased by 20.82%and 83.89%,respectively.Redundancy analysis showed that MBC had a positive effect on SOC and TP,and a negative effect on TP content;MBN had a significant negative effect on SOC,TN,TP,and a negative effect on C/P.MBP had a significant positive effect on SOC and TP.Moreover,MBC/MBN showed a significant positive effect on SOC,TN and TP;Both MBC/MBP and MBN/MBP had a positive effects on SOC and TP,and a significantly positive effects on C/N;Correlation analysis showed that MBC was positively correlated with SOC,positively correlated with TP,and negatively correlated with N/P/MBN was significantly positively correlated with SOC.[Conclusion]The C/N=60(T3)treatment can significantly increase the contents of SOC,TN,TP,MBC,MBP,MBC/MBN and effectively regulate the stoichiometric relationship between soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus and microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus.The results can provide a theoretical reference for improving the high fertility soil in cold mountainous areas and the quality production of flue-cured tobacco.
