低钾胁迫对不同耐性马铃薯生长发育、产量及品质的影响
Effects of low potassium stress on growth,yield and quality of potatoes with different tolerance

Abstract
[Objective]The present paper aimed to analyze the responses of different tolerant potato varieties to low concentrations of potassi-um.[Method]In the study,low-potassium-tolerant potato varieties of Favorita and Xisen 6,as well as low-potassium-sensitive varieties of Xindaping and Huasong7,were used as test materials.The phenotypic traits,photosynthetic characteristics,dry matter accumulation in various tissues,potassium content,tuber yield traits,and quality traits of tubers at the harvest stage were measured and analyzed under three different potassium treatments,which were normal potassium treatment(CK,135 kg/hm2 K2O),1/2 potassium treatment(1/2K,67.5 kg/hm2 K2O),and no potassium treatment(NK,O kg/hm2 K2O).[Result]Compared to normal potassium treatment,under 1/2 potassium treatment and no potassium treatment,there were no differences in phenotypic traits,photosynthetic traits,dry matter accumulation,stem potassium con-tent,and tuber yield traits of low-potassium tolerant potato varieties Favorita and Xisen 6.Both protein and starch contents of tubers were sig-nificantly decreased under no potassium treatment.Compared to normal potassium treatment,under 1/2 potassium treatment the plant height,net photosynthetic rate,dry matter accumulation,potassium content,tuber protein content and starch content of the low potassium-sensitive va-rieties of Xindaping and Huasong 7 were all significantly decreased.Meanwhile there were no significant changes in stem diameter,root length,stomatal conductance,root dry matter accumulation,tuber yield per plant,tuber number per plant and commercial tuber rate per plant.In addition,the phenotypic traits,photosynthetic traits,dry matter accumulation,tuber yield traits and potassium content in various tissues were significantly decreased under potassium-free treatment,whereas the root length was significantly increased.Meanwhile,the protein and starch content of tubers were significantly decreased under 1/2 potassium treatment and no potassium treatment.[Conclusion]The growth,tu-ber yield and quality of low potassium-sensitive varieties were significantly inhibited under low potassium stress.Whereas,low potassium-tol-erant varieties were able to resist low potassium stress by the stability of growth and development in tissues.关键词
