49份茶树种质加工红茶的生化品质比较及特异种质筛选
Comparison of biochemical quality and screening of specific germplasm of black tea from 49 tea germplasms

Abstract
[Objective]The purpose of the paper is to screen tea tree resources with specific biochemical components,providing a strong theo-retical basis for the excavation and utilization of specific tea varieties and variety breeding.[Method]The contents of caffeine,catechins and tea pigment in 49 tea germplasms were determined,and their principal components and cluster analysis were carried out.[Result]The total a-mount of catechins and its main components including+C,EC,EGC,EGCG,ECG,caffeine and tea pigment(theaflavins,thearubigins and theabrownin)in 49 tea germplasms had rich genetic diversity and variability.Among them,the diversity index was between 0.52 and 1.65.In addition,EGC(267.61%)had the largest coefficient of variation,while caffeine(11.79%)had the smallest coefficient of variation.Ac-cording to principal component analysis,it indicated that the accumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components reached 84.48%,maintaining most of the information of all traits,which could be used for comprehensive evaluation of the tested tea germplasms.Based on 14 biochemical components,49 tea germplasms could be divided into 4 groups.The total content of catechins and its components,Catechin index value,theaflavins,thearubigins,caffeine and other main indicators were significantly different.In accordance with correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between the five catechins,and there were significant and extremely significant positive correlations between CI and theabrownin and thearubigins.[Conclusion]Based on the comprehensive analysis,one high EGCG(>10%)specific tea germplasm:Yunkang 10;Six high caffeine(>4%)tea germplasm:Zaoshengheicha,Fengqing 3,Qingshui 1,Tanchun,Qingshui 2,Yunfeng;Two high CI(>5)suitable black tea germplasm:Zaoshengheicha and Heishantouqunti.In addition,four high-quality tea tree resources for making black tea soup were also identified,namely Fengqing 3,Qingshui 3,Longjing 43 and Zijuan.关键词
