摘要

Abstract

Currently,although the thermal management system can ensure the normal operation of sidewall coring tool,it is still unable to obtain real-time workable hours.A real-time temperature prediction model for the thermal management system of high-temperature sidewall coring tool was established to predict the workable hours of the sidewall coring tool in real-time.This model is based on the basic theory of heat transfer and implemented through C language code program.The average relative error between the experimental re-sults and the model prediction results does not exceed 6.1%,which verifies the accuracy of the model temperature prediction.The cal-culation time of this model does not exceed 0.09 seconds,meeting the real-time requirements of temperature prediction.The proposed prediction model has strong universality and can predict the temperature of downhole electronic devices under various working condi-tions,which is expected to be widely applied to various downhole instruments.
